Serato Support for Hercules DJControl Inpulse 500 Has Officially Arrived
Share

Have you had any issues using Serato DJ Lite or Serato DJ Pro with your new Hercules DJControl Inpulse 500? If so, you’re not alone. Announced today from the Serato camp is official support for the new two-channel controller, which comes with Serato DJ Lite, as well as Hercules’ own DJ software, DJUCED. Keep reading for more.

While usually a hardware release and software update would occur on the same day, it seems that Hercules and Serato hit a small snag for this one. But no worries, because you can now fully utilize this 2-channel performance controller with the latest versions of Serato DJ Lite (1.3.6) and Serato DJ Pro (2.3.6).

“We have also adapted our software to integrate Hercules’ unique, award-winning learn-to-DJ hardware features so that users who choose to mix on Serato can go into their first performance with the confidence they need,” said Nick Maclaren, Chief Strategy Officer from Serato.

With built-in learning guides, a portable design, and a modern layout, the Inpulse 500 is both a performance controller as well as a great piece of equipment to learn on. It’s also affordable coming in at $299.99.

Check out the video above with Serato’s Artist Relations Manager, OP!, as he walks us through using the new controller with Serato software.
