Share

Announced today, the SC5000 Prime media player by Denon DJ has won not one, but two prestigious DJ Mag Tech awards. Victories included ‘Innovative New Product’ and ‘Ultimate Club Deck’. The SC5000 was originally announced at NAMM back in January, and since then has been receiving stellar reviews and support from top DJs like Laidback Luke, Paul Oakenfold and Tiesto.

The DJ Mag Tech Awards voting was determined by DJs and artists in attendance and judged live from DJ Mag’s London UK headquarters. Denon DJ’s International Marketing Manager, Paul Dakeyne said, “These two incredibly influential DJ Mag Tech Awards results reflect exactly what the DJ industry, the media and artists all think of the Denon DJ SC5000 Prime: It truly represents the future of professional DJ performance. There is simply nothing like it.”

As the world’s first DJ Player capable of on-board music file analysis, the SC5000 empowers users with its innovative dual-layer deck capability and an 8-inch rugged jogwheel with central display that displays either current playing track or custom artwork.
