Talented rapper/songwriter 24hrs (born Robert Davis) stopped by the BPM Supreme office this week for an industry only “Beats & Eats” event. We had the chance to preview his latest project, World on Fire, take some photos, and ask him a few random questions for our original series, “Queued Up.”
In this video, 24hrs tells us why Tokyo is his favorite city by far and shares some stories about his brother, rapper/singer/songwriter, MadeinTYO, best known for hits like “Uber Everywhere” and “Ned Flanders” ft. A$AP Ferg. But don’t expect any sibling rivalry here – 24hrs says that from a young age their father told them working as a team would be the real key to success.
“That’s my brother. It’s my job to be there on the friendship side, the manager side, and do really whatever I can do,” 24hrs said.
Released on the brothers’ own record label, Private Club Records, as well as on partner label, Rostrum Records, World on Fire features appearances by big names like DMX, Wiz Khalifa, and of course MadeinTYO.
