Guests of BPM Supreme were recently treated to an industry-only listening session with rising electronic music DJ/producer, Party Favor. Done in collaboration with Area 25 Records, Party Favor previewed his debut album, Layers, which is loaded with hard-hitting drops and big-name features.
Before the listening session, we took the time to ask the Los Angeles-based DJ/producer a few fun questions for our “Queued Up” interview series. In this episode, Party Favor tells us his most embarrassing story, whether he thinks a hot dog is a sandwich, and more.
You may know Party Favor for his signature festival trap sound, but with his new album, he showcases his production versatility. Layers features 11 unique tracks ranging from future bass to hip-hop to house. One track DJs should pay attention to is “Back,” a twerk-influenced booty shaker featuring OG Maco and Project Pat.
Layers is available now. Check out our full “Queued Up” video above and be sure to download Party Favor’s latest tracks on BPM Supreme.
