Nipsey Hussle fans have been in mourning since the news of his death hit the airwaves on Sunday afternoon. According to NBC, the 33-year-old Los Angeles Grammy-nominated rapper was shot and killed in front of his clothing store, Marathon Clothing Company in South LA. Celebrities from John Legend to Lebron James have expressed their condolences online and hundreds of people have been gathering at the site of the shooting to pay their respects since the incident.

Hussle was known not only for his artistic creativity and love of West Coast hip hop, but also for his engagement and commitment to giving back to his community in Los Angeles.
