BPM Supreme is proud to announce the first all-female DJ meet up happening in San Diego on September 18. Taking place at Old City Hall in the well-known Gaslamp Quarter of Downtown San Diego, the Female DJ & Producer Forum will feature a Q&A session with some of the industry’s leading female DJs and producers.
This event marks the first of many events across the country by BPM Supreme’s newest event series, CONNECT. BPM Supreme CONNECT will aim to create networking and learning opportunities within our growing community of DJs and producers.
“I’m excited to meet and share with like-minded women in the music industry, as well as have the opportunity to contribute to this fun and cooperative event,” said the Female DJ & Producer Forum’s headliner, Rhiannon Roze.

Rhiannon Roze has been in the DJ game for 18 years. She started collecting vinyl records in 1999, bought her first set of turntables in 2000, and played her first DJ gig in 2001. Raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Rhiannon moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to expand her DJ career. She’s toured heavily worldwide, and in 2017 began to cultivate her music production skills. On the side, Rhiannon is also a yoga instructor and volunteers at two non-profit organizations: Journey Out Women’s Center in Van Nuys, California and Sinchi Runa Healing Center in Peru.

Raised in the Ko’olau Mountains of Hawaii, Diamond has been spinning for 18 years and has played in over 40 countries. She was recently ranked #1 female Solo DJ in the USA and #25 in the world by the worldwide “Female DJ List.” Diamond’s original productions, “Holding My Heart Out” with Krista Richards and “I Want To Know” with DJ Red have received support from top DJs like Laidback Luke, Tiesto, Axwell, George Acosta, and Dave Aude. DJ Staci, “the Track Star,” has been a mobile DJ for more than 10 years. She primarily performs at weddings and corporate events for major companies like Lamborghini, SDSU, USMC, LA Fitness, Victoria’s Secret, New York & Co., and Boost Mobile. DJ Staci has also traveled abroad for destination weddings and even performed at one of the world’s biggest music festivals, Stagecoach in Southern California. She is well known in the mobile DJ industry for speaking at conferences and writing for “Mobile Beat” magazine. DJ Staci is a mother, a vegetarian, and a huge “Sex & the City” fan.

San Diego-based DJ (and newest addition to the BPM Supreme Artist Relations team), Ayla Simone holds residences at Hard Rock’s Sunburn Pool Party, Viejas Casino, and The Office Bar in San Diego, as well as Lex Nightclub in Reno. Ayla has been recognized by Billboard Magazine as an industry expert and serves as a Billboard Music reporter, helping to shape the national dance charts each week. Although she’s based in Southern California, Ayla performs nationwide and internationally, and has opened for artists such as T.I., Wocka Flocka, Benny Benassi, Croatia Squad, Juicy J, Gareth Emery, Morgan Page, Fedde Le Grand, and Paul Van Dyk.

Gigi began her DJ career in 2002 and has steadily made a name for herself throughout San Diego. Currently, she is the only female Mixshow DJ for iHeartradio’s hip-hop and R&B station, Jam’n 95.7. Her “Chicks in the Mix” segment is streamed daily with Nina Chantele at 12:30pm, as well as with Frankie and Tati on “Flashback Fridays” at 9:00am. Gigi is the official female DJ for the San Diego Guardians professional basketball team and has played at numerous clubs, celebrity/pro-athlete parties, and in-store events around the city.

For more than 15 years, Dirty Kurty has been playing major venues and music festivals including the opening party “Intensity” for EDC Las Vegas and the annual San Francisco LGBTQ Pride Parade Festival that amasses over 600,000 attendees.
