The newest version of Digital 1 Audio’s ‘Do Everything’ DJ software, DEX 3.11, has been released as a free upgrade. This all-in-one entertainment software was designed for modern, versatile mobile DJs, allowing them to not only mix music and music videos, but also host karaoke.

Version 3.11 has multiple new features, including the addition of “Shaders” to display on-screen visuals when mixing audio or video tracks. Check out the video below to see a full demonstration on how this new visualization tool works.

Other new features include:

• Pre-adjust key/apply key change in the karaoke singer rotation list
• Ability to add tracks from history that have a singer name and key change to the karaoke rotation list
• Added “Always show Shaders on top of everything” setting
• Automatically hide/show Shaders in case the deck does/doesn’t have video
