Denon DJ Prime 4 Now Enabled for Both Hard-Wired and Wi-Fi Internet Connection

Today, Denon DJ announced that their Prime 4 standalone DJ system is enabled for both hard-wired and Wi-Fi internet connection via a new v1.4 firmware update. While still in public beta, the update also adds streaming integration with TIDAL. Keep reading for more.

The future is now for DJs, and the Prime Series is keeping in stride with changing technology and digital DJing capabilities. With the v1.4 Firmware update, DJs can use the Prime 4 as a standalone unit with no laptop needed. Additionally, v1.4 brings enhanced search speed, visual feedback, performance and stability improvements to the Prime 4 hardware.

TIDAL is the first of Denon DJ’s premium content streaming partners to be announced. The company says support for the SC5000 and SC5000M will also be available soon. All Denon DJ PRIME 4, SC5000, and SC5000M owners can also now get three free months of TIDAL access by registering their products on the Denon DJ website.
