This week’s exclusive On Deck video features Dave Rukus, a 2017 DMC Scratch Finalist and member of the Unfadable Mix Squad on B95 FM in Fresno, CA.

David “Dave Rukus” Maribojoc has been practicing turntablism for close to 14 years. After winning his first battle in 2007, he landed a spot on the radio with the Unfadable Mix Squad on B95 FM. In 2014, Dave Rukus traveled oversees to play in the Philippines, and completed a full tour in Canada opening up for T.I. and Drake.

With no intention of slowing down, Dave Rukus can presently be found spinning at San Diego’s hottest venues and competing in DJ battles all around Southern California. Check out his dope scratch routine on this episode of On Deck and leave your comments below.
