We spotlight a different artist on BPM Supreme and BPM Create each month. This month, we’re putting the spotlight on radio DJ, club DJ, and emcee DJ ER! He’s been making waves touring, livestreaming, and even competing in Triller’s recent DJ Battle.

“I call it ‘music medicine.’ It can take you away, take the problems away, take away any issues in life,” said DJ ER.

Originally from San Francisco’s Bay Area, DJ ER has over ten years of experience as a professional radio DJ, club DJ, and emcee. Alongside regularly rocking radio stations like Power 106 FM and 93.5 KDAY in LA, DJ ER has toured throughout Asia and countries like Jamaica and Mexico.

“When I was a kid, around three years old, my parents always had some music on. Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, stuff like that,” he said.

DJ ER also holds residencies at top venues such as Drais Beach and Nightclub in Las Vegas, Academy Nightclub in LA, and Oxford Social Club in San Diego.

“It doesn’t matter what party I’m at, I could be at the ratchetest club, and I’ll throw some Tevin Campbell. Or at an EDM spot and I’ll throw some Sade,” said DJ ER.

DJ ER’s creative, open format DJing style earned him a finalist position as a Verzuz Battle DJ and has attracted livestream audiences surpassing 400K viewers.

“Bringing joy to somebody through a passion of mine is everything in the world for me,” he said.
